Blending well with other essential oils, Nutmeg Essential Oil is extracted using steam distillation process from Myristica fragrans (also
known as Myristica officinalis, M. oromata and Nux moschata) of
Myristicaceae family. The oil has good anti-inflammatory action and is
successful in relieving pain, especially muscular aches & pains as
well as rheumatism.
COMMON NAMES: Jatiphala.
BLENDS WITH: Black pepper, geranium, cypress, clary sage, rosemary, orange.

USES:
Nutmeg oil helps in stimulating heart & blood circulation,
activating mind & reviving people from fainting spells. It also
helps in digestive system and fights wind, chronic vomiting, nausea and
diarrhea. The oil encourages appetite & averts constipation, fights
gallstones and is also used as a tonic for reproductive system.
